Oh, I figured it out! I thought that she was supposed to give me the scissors as a reward for solving the puzzle, but it turned out that I can pick them up after she is destroyed.

Stuck on a puzzle in Rosie's room in the garden area. Not sure if this is a bug or if I'm doing something wrong. I collect 10 coins and nothing happens. If you try to collect the rest, the puzzle resets. (also note that I collected a coin on one of the clouds (with 3 red roses) twice because it reappears, and no other coin can be collected unless it is collected again.).
